TST Roofing is a Class A contractor with a wealth of experience in government contracting and construction projects. As a turnkey contractor, we have worked with agencies ranging from NAVFAC to the USACE to Army MICCs. Our staff consists of a fully developed management team, QC system, QCMs, safety program, SSHOs, field workers and superintendents.
TST Roofing’s management team consists of Todd Scanlon and Bryon Dadles. Together they have a combined 35+ years in the roofing industry. Todd has 20+ years of experience in the roofing industry and has developed countless relationships within the industry including manufacturers, distributors, as well as other roofing professionals. He has successfully held all positions in the roofing industry from common laborer to General/Operations manager. Bryon Dadles is a retired Navy Chief Petty officer. He started working in the roofing industry part time in May of 2000 while still on active duty and moved to full time work once retired. He started training in estimating takeoffs, material procurement, submittals and then to project management.

Our Virginia Beach, Virginia office consists of a 5,600+/- square foot, fully-equipped office.
Directly behind our office building is our 11,000+/- square foot indoor warehouse facility and sheet metal shop. Our sheet metal shop is a fully functioning, fabrication facility, where we are able to produce our own metal as needed for projects.
We also have 2 acres of outdoor, paved, storage, and laydown area, around and behind our warehouse.
