Description:
Remove the faulty shingle roof from the Oil House and replace with new shingle roof system and underlayment. The metal flashings, downspouts and gutter were to remain in place. Remove the deteriorated metal roof system and asbestos containing underlayment from the roof of the Locomotive Building. Remove the metal cornice fascia system, Downspouts and gutter. Replace any damaged wood planking with new. Reinstall new underlayment and shingle roof system. Provide and install a new .050 Aluminum Fascia/Cornice system and New Gutters and Downspouts. All Asbestos materials were disposed of according to all State and Local regulations.
