Description:
1. Furnish and install a mechanically fastened 60 mil White Carlisle TPO roof system over 2 layers of 2.6” rigid insulation to achieve a minimum R-30 and all associated flashings and accessories as specified by roofing manufacturer.
2. Provide tapered insulation to create crickets as indicated.
3. Provide and install 040 Kynar coated aluminum premanufactured copings including 30 gauge “clips” and welded miters.
4. Provide and install one roof hatch including safety railing and two 4’x4’ equipment hatches.
5. Provide 1 year contractors workmanship warranty.
6. Provide 20 year roof manufacturer’s NDL warranty.
7. Provide 20 year finish warranty on all Kynar coated metals.
8. Exterior Equipment Roofing and Coping with same above specifications, including all gutters, downspouts, and flashing.
9. Laminators dark bronze dry seal metal panel system.
