All pipes cleaned, patched and flashed. 120 LF of damaged stripping covered with new EPDM. Front Porch roof cleaned and coated. New coping fabricated and installed around the perimeter of main building. New piece of metal installed at transition of porch roof and main roof.

Description: Removed existing EPDM and installed new tapered TPO roof system. Removed existing roof panels and reinstalled new panels to match. Installed a modified metal roof on the south side of the building to accommodate signage for water vessel patrons.

Beach Quarters Roof Replacement

Description: This project included the removal of the  existing roof down to existing deck, and disposal of properly off site. TST Roofing install 2ply modified bitumen roof and all associated flashings as specified by The Garland Company.
